The island of Kauai is known as the Garden
Isle, and for good reason. Lush and green
year-round, Kauai is unsurpassed in it's beauty.
Your Kauai vacation can be as relaxing as taking your
book to the beach and curling up under a palm, or as
exciting as riding a helicopter over Waimea Canyon.
There are Na Pali catamaran tours, sport fishing
charters, boat tours, exciting authentic Hawaiian Luaus,
hiking, kayak tours, tubing adventures, ATV tours and
the list goes on and on and on. But, as fun-filled
or as restful as you intend your stay to be, there is
always lovely Hale Kealoha welcoming you at the end of
the day -- your home away from home. Below are a
few ideas and links to help you plan your next visit.

Be sure to visit Wailua area with
many heiaus (sacred sites), petroglyphs, and
other unique points of Hawaiian culture.
Kayaking/boating up the Wailua River to the
Fern Grotto is a favorite for visitors and locals
alike.
Wailua Falls is a majestic 80 ft. tiered waterfall
located close to a roadside lookout for everyone to
enjoy.
The waterfalls, lush valleys and sea caves make the Na
Pali Coast a must see for visitors. Whether you
take a sunrise hike, a
mid-morning sail or an afternoon
helicopter tour,
Na Pali (known as the jewel of
Kauai) should not be missed. |
